Blanch, NC – It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mrs. Golden Randolph Bigelow 1712 Slade Rd. Blanch, NC, who died Saturday, January 27, 2018 at her residence.
She was a native of Halifax Virginia, the daughter of the late Harrison Randolph and Nannie Carter Randolph, born September 29, 1929. She was a member of Hamer Baptist Church, where she was a member of the usher board.
She was an employee of Bartlett Yancey Elem. School in the cafeteria before retirement.
She was married to Richard Bigelow who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death seven brothers, Harrison, Haywood, Joseph, Jessie, Charlie, Frank, and Floyd Randolph; two sisters, Rosetta Thomas and Annie L Brown.
Her survivors are five sons, Freeman Bigelow of High Point, NC, Wayne Bigelow ( Patricia ) of Glen Burnie, Md., Ronald Randolph ( Emma Edna ) of Greensboro ,NC, Don Bigelow ( Jennifer ) of Indianapolis Indiana and Ricky Bigelow ( Tae ) of Pelham, NC; two daughters, Gloria Goode of Bowie, Md. And Penny Mitchell of the home; 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; special friends, Benjamin Moore of Blanch, NC; care taker, Jessica Reichard; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
